About ISO at Third Street

Over fifty years ago, Annabelle Prager founded the InterSchool Orchestras of New York (ISO). Two years ago, Third Street Music School welcomed ISO into the Third Street community, creating ISO at Third Street, now the City’s largest and most expansive youth ensemble program.

ISO at Third Street features over 200 young musicians, ages eight to 18, from across the five boroughs. These young musicians continually add their craft to the musical legacy of Third Street Music School.
