SPACE RENTAL

Third Street offers a variety of studios and practice rooms as well as space for concerts and rehearsals. Our practice rooms offer quiet, comfortable, and professional spaces for musicians or small music ensembles to come together, rehearse, and prepare for their next performance.

Located in the East Village, on East 11th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, Third Street is located near public transportation (L, 6, R, and W subways), parking, hotels, restaurants, and shops.

Practice Rooms and Rehearsal Studios

Practice rooms are available for rental year-round, excluding holidays, between 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday, on a first come first served basis.

Renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entering the building.

Halls are available to rent around the Music & Dance school's class schedule. All rentals are subject to approval by the Director of the Music & Dance School.
